🛎️ Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to the first night’s stay will be charged at the time of reservation.
Guests are required to pay the outstanding amount before check‑in.
Free cancellation is permitted up to 7 days before arrival.
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of No‑show, the deposit will be retained as a non‑refundable reservation fee.

All guest rooms are non‑smoking. Smoking is permitted only in open spaces or on balconies.
